Italian, French and Japanese cuisines have already conquered the world. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of the culinary jewels of the delicious Czech lands. And yet, this area can boast a number of exclusive recipes that cannot be found anywhere else in the world. The Kukbuk would therefore like to make Czech cuisine known and open the eyes of the gourmet barbarians whose lazy tongues have not yet tasted the fame of the best Central European (not Eastern European, as often wrongly stated) dishes.
